Any damage that occurs as a result of shipping should be reported to the carrier immediately.
At the time of delivery, examine the packaging for external damage.
If there is a possibility of damage have the driver note it and if possible examine the contents for damage or missing parts in the drivers presence.
Call the carrier and request an inspection and start the claim process.
If you have damage you must keep the packaging and the damaged items together.

If you suspect serious damage, we recommend that you refuse delivery and state to the driver that the reason for refusal is damage.
