For small items 1 # and under Priority Mail is usually the least expensive choice and in most cases is faster than standard ground services.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday, except for Next Day shipments. Saturday delivery for Next Day is an EXTRA CHARGE option.

Note: We require an adult signature for delivery of any overnight, 2nd day or 3 day shipment. Size permitting we ship via UPS*.  Regardless of the origin of the shipment, questions regarding shipping should be directed to Mark's RV Supplies (contact).   Shipping damage must be reported by the recipient to the carrier ( see below ).   We should also be notified.

*UPS addresses must include # and street, box #'s are not acceptable. For addresses that do not meet UPS requirements your order will be shipped via Priority Mail. Please note that we can not track Priority Mail shipments.

All merchandise is carefully packed and shipped. Any damage that occurs as a result of shipping should be reported to the carrier immediately.

On receipt, examine the packaging for external damage. If there is a possibility of damage have the driver note it and if possible you should examine the contents for damage or missing parts in the drivers presence.  It is important that YOU start the claims process by calling the carrier and requesting an inspection.
