Returns

For all returns:
Since our vendors have a specific time period during which they will accept products back from us, we must receive your return at our 14485 Puzzey Rd, Albion, NY 14411 warehouse no more than 20 days from the date the item was shipped to you. To accomplish this, we recommend that you obtain a return authorization (RA) number within 10 calendar days of the ship date to you, thereby allowing sufficient time for the product to be returned by less costly shipping, such as UPS Ground or receipted US Mail. Returns received beyond 20 calendar days from the original ship date will be returned to you.
You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning product to Marks RV Supplies.
Original shipping is not refundable. Marks RV Supplies has the right to refuse any return that:
  • is missing parts
  • is not returned in its original packaging
  • shows physical damage to the product or its packaging
  • does not include a valid RA number on the shipping label
  • has an expired RA number
Non-defective product: You may return product for credit, subject to the exclusions listed below.

Note that the majority of parts we sell are packaged for and intended for installation by qualified technicians. Lack of installation directions or your inability to install a part are not considered to be valid reasons for return.

Defective product: Products claimed defective will be tested and repaired or replaced only. You may be directed to contact the manufacturer directly. All vendor products must be returned directly to the manufacturer through their warranty.

Restocking fees:
Returns for items not specifically excluded, with product exchange of equal or greater value, no restocking, you are responsible for shipping charges.

Returns without exchange, a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00 (whichever is larger) will be subtracted from the credit, you are responsible for shipping charges.

  • No returns without prior authorization.
  • Non returnable goods include:
    electronic items, including ignition control boards, eyebrow boards, and power supply boards.
    awnings
    steering stabilizers & mounting brackets
    toilets
    special orders and items that are normally non stock
    items that have been installed and removed
    anything that has been obviously abused.
  • No returns after 20 days from ship date.
  • All returns must be in orginal packaging and in saleable condition.
  • A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns other than defective goods and shipping errors.
  • Returns must be packaged securely and shipped freight prepaid, the Return Authorization # must be clearly marked on the package label.
  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
  • No credit will be issued for returns that do not include the above.

  • Date of purchase, from invoice.
  • Order number or Invoice number.
  • Reason for return.
