Ordering

Orders may be placed by any one of the following methods:

• Click the Add to Cart button when available, or go to our Secure Order Page fill in and click send OR
• Fill in and print to your fax modem, or print the form, fill in the necessary information and FAX to 585.589.0310. Fax is available 24/7. OR
• You may call 800.713.3235 with the necessary information. Phone orders are accepted
  Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to Noon
  and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Eastern Time OR
• You may include the necessary information in an e-mail. We recommend using our secure form to e-mail an order. OR
• You may print the form and mail with the necessary information.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Size permitting, all shipping is via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

  For UPS delivery addresses must include # and street, box #'s are not acceptable.  For addresses that do not meet UPS requirements we are using Priority Mail. Please note that we can not track Priority Mail.

• Shipping outside of the continental U.S. is via UPS.
