12" Hayes Centerline brake assembly |

| Pictured right side assembly, this is for ID purposes only as magnets, shoes, and actuator arms are no longer available. Due to the unique design no other brake assembly will replace these.
One of the reasons for this is the offset indicated by reference 1, the other indicated by reference # 2 is the 4 bolt mounting pattern, current 12" brakes as well as most older models use a 5 bolt mounting. |
