To Cancel an Order |
| We attempt to ship all orders for in stock items on the business day the order is received.
Therefore
If you wish to cancel an order we must be notified by phone or fax by 10:00 AM EST/EDT the following day for all orders placed from 5:00 PM to midnight.For orders placed from 12:01 AM to 8:00 AM notice must be received by 10:00 AM EST/EDT the same day.For orders placed between the hours 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday notice must be received before noon for orders placed in the morning and by 3:00 PM for orders placed after noon.For orders placed between the hours 5:00 PM Friday through 11:00 AM Saturday notice must be received by 10:00 AM EST/EDT Saturday.Email or fax only are available for this time period.
For orders placed between the hours 11:00 AM Saturday through 8:00 AM Monday notice must be received by 10:00 AM EST/EDT Monday.
